Lawrence Kansas - Photos with Alex Dworkin PT. 2

Fire! This is part two of our quick expedition down Massachusettes, 9th, and 6th street. Didn't get to catch all of the fun stuff (missed the Giant Masonic Temple!) but this is still a pretty great run of documentation. Enjoy!

Solar disc with wings between Fire and Department. Notice how it is aligned with the central pillar of the dept.

That's an upside down 5-ptd star on the Fire Dept window. Pengtagram resonance held here...

Click to enlarge. You can see that the station logo is within a downward pointed arrowhead, like the pengtagrammic star above. The down-pointed triangle is an alchemical symbol for water, hence the blue. The hawk/phoenix born from an asterix is interesting... If you look at the vertical line of the asterix, a single snake is coiled around a staff, symbol of health and a nod the caduceus.

Upward illuminated triangle = Fire. Interestingly, this box has three visible sides, each with a triangle emanating 11 lines, adding to a total of 33 lines... 33rd degree in line with freemasonic and illuminati symbolism.

Alex found this back of hologram playing cards. Tilt the card and the shark emerges from the water.

The patriarchal double cross of the church hidden as a rail-road sign.

Three pillars of Lawrence - father time at the center. Three flags above it.

The hawk is Horus, Sun God, Egyptian predecessor to Jesus.

At first this apears to be sun/moon balance, but that's not the case. Why would the moon have flares emerging from it? No... this is the solar system sun interlocking with galactic center... the dark sun.

If you click to enlarge, you will notice a harp at the center of this piece. You know I love musical symbolism... Harmony of the spheres and the Greek lyre... Not much context in which to interpret this symbol, likely just a sign that this is a house of entertainment.. In deed, this is the Liberty Hall building.

A little bit of Green Magick working here. Emphasis on the relation between North and Southwest. The white point at top implies an 8petaled flower with 3 hidden points.. thus the two white areas are at positions 1 and 6, or 16 (4x4).... 4+4 = 8

Thanks Alex!

I have been living in this town for about 6 months... Fun and interesting symbols abound. I thought that before I left, it would be worthwhile to snap a couple shots and post them online. Who knows, this may be a blog for all future pattern recognition photo journals.

Western Star.. Setting Sun? Next to Henry's. Charter date is 1881 (1+8)(8+1) = (9)x(9) = 81

Mer De Noms - Sea of Names - Callahan Group...

Mandala Logo - Energy Company - X-Box in Oxtagon?

This picture was snapped for Freeman... Apparently it has some archaic symbolic meaning. Don't remember.. you'll have to ask him. :P

Phoenix Rising over the city, wings break through the Circle's Seal.
"Church of God" (in case you accidentally mistook this for a church of Satan).

Enneagramic five-pointed star as bank logo... Take a long hard look at the symbolism there. Three pillars/whitehouse breast, apex is a doorway to the throat chakra of the eagle, voice of the law, colored blue (law of the sea, meritime admiralty law) Eagle symbolism all over town.

Knights templar shield in a store's window? Confederate flag in the upper left corner of the shield symbol.

Red Doors abound on all the churches around town. Create a trans-dimensional effect on the eyes if you stare at them for a minute. Sorry that so many of these are sideways, but you get the idea.

Crown, Orb, and Scepter. Alchemical Symbolism + Church/Royalty/Control

The lowercase letter i and the exclamation point ! are mirror images. Apply the transformation in the image above to derive the 8 and 16 petal flowers in the church windows. See Glen Kealey's site for more.

Lawrence Library ~ no longer in regular use.

British "Double Cross" flag at center of this picture.. Why is their flag on our Library? Who controlled our public info prior to Internet Liberation?

Capital I in the negative space between Green (land) and Blue (water). Negative space is "in" the gaps, thus you already accept that the I is in... Why not trust as well?

Hexagon Swastika... This is one of the most eerie looking symbols in lawrence, in my opinion. DCB. The black vertical lines remind me of piano keys. There I am playing the notes w/ right hand!

333 West Ninth. How come the banks and legal centers always occupy addy's in triplicity? 3+3+3 = 9 and as we can see, the fleur de lis folds out with the chaos-magick symbol (8 emanations from enter point with arrow tips). The ninth point is center (3+3+3). The alphabet of 26 letters may be placed around a circle with the 27th point at center... This would be 3x3x3=27... Works either way.

Guy with funny hat. :)

Jesus fish is the vesica pisces or penis-eye/vaginal entrance, hence the i at the center of Vis(I)on is erect and verticle. ON is the name of Heliopolis, the ancient Egyptian city and also an Egyptian Deity of Light. The jesus fish is derived from the interlocking circles of the tree of life... A kabbalistic tradition carried on by gnostic priests... And, well, this symbol works on many levels.

Holographic/fractal pentagons on the side of an ATM machine.

Three Cubes with no top or bottom ~ Birds Eye View.

Monsters in our town's collective psyche (3 pillars. Phi symbol for the letter O of monster)

Water tracks cut off by perpendicular land tracks. BoA in blue symbolizing meritime admiralty.
Red/war/fire.. Canted Square

Four arrows pointin' inward to an X. Your eyes are drawn to the center.. Hence the letter C.

Okay, so not all numbers in triplicity are related to money/law. This seems to be a regular house, but check out the hidden masonic square and compass design!

Presto change-o. This gas station logo features Magic language with a lightning bolt representative of the spark of electric/activated consciousness. Notice red diagonal lines creating two right triangles at lower right and upper left corners. The yellow bolt runs perpendicular, creating a square.
